Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

As a made to order brand we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please consider and confirm you are picking the right size and style before purchasing as once an item has been placed into production we are unable to adjust the order. 

 Edit / Change an order - Our product pages will go into great detail to help ensure you are purchasing the right size / model. We also remind you of our policies on our product pages, terms and conditions box and as a final measure there is a message on your confirmation email asking that you review and verify your order one last time. In the case the event that there is a mistake in your order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at order@leiohudesigns.com as mentioned in your confirmation email. Once an order is placed into production we are unable to make any edits or changes. 

In the unlikely chance that you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. You can email us at info@leiohudesigns.com with your order number, name and pictures of the damaged product and we will personally assist you to resolve the issue.

How do I know which case is the right fit?

  • We recommend checking the settings of your device for its general information, theres usually a model name or number listed in the about section. 

How long will my order take to ship?

  • Check out a full list of our production times under our product info page. Our products are made to order to help minimize waste and our overall carbon footprint so Mahalo for your patience 

Help! I've only received some of my order items, when can I expect the rest?

  • Not to worry your mea is on the way, some of our products have different production times or are fulfilled by trusted partners this can cause items in your order to be shipped separately. You'll receive an email with tracking information for each item that is being shipped to you. 

Help! I've received a damaged or faulty item. 

  • We try our best to ensure the quality of each of our products but we know mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us via email at order@leiohudesigns.com within 7 days of your order being delivered 

Shipping FAQ 

Help! My package is lost

  • Once a package is shipped we have little control over its arrival, the fastest and easiest way to track a lost package would be to reach out to your local post office. They will have the best information as to where your items may be. If after speaking with them you are still unable to locate the package please contact us at order@leiohudesigns.com **Please note Lei'ohu designs can not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

Help! My order says delivered but I have not received it!

    • Not to worry, sometimes there may be issues with USPS scans and products can read as delivered but are still on their way to you. We recommend reaching out to your local post office to see where your items may be or giving it another day or so to arrive. If after speaking with USPS you are still unable to locate the package please contact us at leiohudesigns@gmail.com **Please note Lei'ohu designs can not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Help! Im looking to purchase a product but its sold out!

  • We restock our items quite frequently, you can sign up for restock alerts via the product page by entering your email in the "notify me" box. You will receive an email as soon as the sold out item is restocked
